Fleet Sales Account Administrator / Coordinator
An exciting position has become available for an experienced Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our busy site at Pentagon Middleton to work alongside a successful team in the Fleet Sales Department.
If you are fully experienced in sales administration and paperwork handling, are confident in talking to customers, thrive when working under pressure and have excellent computer skills then we'd like to hear from you!
What Will You Be Doing?
As our Fleet Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the accounts brought into the business in a timely and effective manner, whilst maximising profitability. You will also be asked to maintain customer databases and records, ensuring all client requirements or interactions are logged.
Our customers are the heart of everything we do so you will be ensuring that they are communicated to effectively to maintain and increase our customer satisfaction, making sure they are kept up to date with any changes in their order to ensure a smooth handover experience.
You will be raising order forms and establishing means of payment from our customers, as well as reviewing and reporting all debtor information daily to the office manager, attention to detail is key in this role.
Who Are We Looking for?
As an experienced Fleet Sales Coordinator, you will be an organised and calm individual with a strong knowledge of filing and computer systems including the Microsoft Office package.
You will be:
- Clearly spoken, friendly and confident in talking to others
- Able to work within a pressurised and busy environment, multitasking and prioritising your workload
- Numerate and literate at a level commensurate with the duties, with fantastic administration and organisational skills
Motor-Trade background would be advantageous in this position.
